Support for each revision of BACPro will be provided for 2 years after initial release*. At the end of 2 years, the revision will reach EOL and EOS, and the end user will need to install the latest revision to continue support. Fixes for any issues found during support will be available in the next released revision through a software update. Software patches will not be provided.
